General Questions
What do you sell?
We exclusively sell legal cannabis accessories such as vaporizers, grinders, bongs, papers, filters, and growing equipment. We do not sell psychoactive substances or illegal products.
From what age can I order?
All our products are available only to persons aged 18 and over. By ordering, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age.
Are your products legal?
Yes, all our products are legal in Austria and the EU. We exclusively sell cannabis accessories, no psychoactive substances. Please inform yourself about the applicable laws in your country of residence.
Ordering and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA direct debit, and Sofort transfer. Payment is securely processed via our payment provider Stripe.
What are the shipping costs?
- Austria: €7 (free shipping from €100 order value)
- Germany: €12 (free shipping from €200 order value)
- Other EU countries: individual calculation
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes place within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. For special items (plants, substrates), you will receive separate delivery information with an exact delivery date.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all EU countries. Certain products cannot be shipped to all countries due to legal regulations. Corresponding notes can be found in the respective product description.
Returns and Complaints
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Exceptions apply to hygiene-sensitive products, personalized items, and perishable goods (e.g., live plants).
What do I do with defective products?
Contact us immediately via email with photos of the damage and your order number. We will quickly take care of replacement or refund according to the statutory warranty.
Who bears the costs for returns?
In case of withdrawal within the 14-day period, you bear the return shipping costs. For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we assume the costs.
