1. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for this repayment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Hygiene Articles: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Personalized Goods: Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
  • Perishable Goods: Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
  • Sealed Media: Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.

3. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you have the choice between:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Rescission of contract (for significant defects)

Reporting Defects

Please report any defects immediately upon receipt of the goods. To process your warranty claim, we need:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos of the defect
  • Proof of purchase

4. Return Process

1. Contact Us

Send us an email at office@stamm-baum.at with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack Goods

Pack the goods securely, preferably in the original packaging, to avoid transport damage.

3. Send Return

Send the package to the address listed below. Please keep the shipping receipt.

4. Refund

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
